Description

With multiprocess capabilities and features like Auto-Line, AC TIG, pulse and high-frequency arc starts, the Dynasty 300 Multiprocess is the most versatile, portable machine in its class. Featuring a TIG pulse and different wave forms. The Pulse TIG is adjustable and can range from 0.1 to 500 pulses per second (pps). AC TIG Frequency has an adjustment range of 20-400Hz for you thin and thick materials. The TIG amperage output and go as low as 2 amps in AC and down to 1 in DC.

Intuitive Interface LCD Display
Ensure proper machine setup and parameter selection with informative on-screen explanations and dynamic images. Informative on-screen explanations and dynamic images enhance the parameter selection process.
Program Memory
Allows easy naming, saving and recalling of favorite weld settings. Also very useful if two different people are using the same machine. Deliver more productivity by eliminating the need to manually set the parameters. Provides consistent quality by welders of all skills!
Pro-Set Feature (professional settings)
This feature eliminates the guesswork when setting weld parameters. Use Pro-Set when you want the speed, convenience and confidence of pre-set controls. Simply select the feature and adjust until Pro-Set appears on the display. The Pro-Set feature is available for Balance, Frequency, Pulse and DIG parameters.
Locks and Limits
Provides control of the weld parameter ranges minimizing deviations from the welding procedure specifications (WPS).
USB Port
Provides the ability to easily update software, back-up settings and transfer saved weld programs from one unit to the next.
Auto-Line™ Technology
For portability and reliability, this inverter power supply allows for any single-phase input voltage hookup (208–600 V) with no manual linking, providing convenience in any job setting. Ideal solution for dirty or unreliable power.
Stick Features
Tailored arc control (DIG) allows the arc characteristics to be changed for specific applications and electrodes. Smooth running 7018 or stiffer, more penetrating 6010. Hot Start™ adaptive control provides positive arc starts without sticking.
MIG
CV output of the power source gives this unit MIG process capabilities when paired with an ArcReach 8 or 12 (or other voltage-sensing feeder).
Blue Lightning™
High-frequency (HF) arc starter for non-contact arc initiation. Provides more consistent arc starts and greater reliability compared to traditional HF arc starters.
Cooler-On-Demand™
This feature operates the auxiliary cooling system only when needed, reducing noise, energy use, and airborne contaminants pulled through the cooler.  
Fan-On-Demand™
Cooling system operates only when needed, reducing noise, energy use and the amount of contaminants pulled through machine.
