Contact tip is aligned and centered with the liner lock when the diffuser is tightened creating a flawless wire-feed path. Reduces burn backs, bird-nesting and erratic arc.

Quick Replacement

Coarse thread speeds contact tip replacement.

Tapered Contact

Tapers lock the contact tip to the diffuser and the diffuser to the neck for excellent electrical conductivity.

Cooling Tail

Contact tip tail is cooled inside the diffuser by shielding gas.
