Notes：

1. This heat pad only has heating function（NOT REFRIGERATING）.
2. When heat pad works in high temperature, pls don’t touch the heat pad by hand to prevent scalding.
3. It is recommended that you conduct a pilot run with No product in the chamber to insure that the desire temperature is achieved.
4. Attention that Default Max Temp is 160℉. You may need to adjust temperature set point according to digital controller instruction to achieve the desired temperature inside your chamber.
5. Ensure that bottom surface of the vacuum chamber is clean and free from debris before adhering heat pad.
6. Please see digital controller instruction to adjust default parameter settings(E1~E5, C1 and C2).

 

Others:

     1.The heater includes full instructions to operate it and make PID controller changes.

     2.If you have thermal tape and thermocouple that would be the best method to check and verify temps.

     3.You can leave this heater on for months without any off time.
